Press Conference of the 44th Exposudhotel

At the Union of Industrialists of Naples was held the press conference to present the 44th edition of the fair Exposudhotel (see pics) . Moderator the journalist Daniele Trosino. Are intervened Gianni Punzo, chairman of the CIS-Interporto Campano, Raffaele Cercola, chairman of the Mostra d'Oltremare, Antimo Caputo, director of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria, and Francesco De Masi, director of the Promhotel Italia.
Despite the crisis, 75% of exhibitors remains faithful to the historic fair of the Ho.Re.Ca, but at low budget. 'A satisfactory outcome', as announced by Francesco De Masi: 'The exhibitors have shown their attachment to the fair, even if reducing the space of 30-50%. I Think that few people has understood the importance of this sector: in Italy there are 136,426 bars, 122,326 restaurants, 21,000 pizzerias, 16,500 bakeries and 13,500 pastry. In Campania 1,700,000 coffee and more than 3 million meals per day consumed outside the home (data FIPE 2009), with over 400 thousand employees in the sector.
More than 20 thousand visitors expected, 130 exhibitors with 290 domestic and foreign brands, an exhibition area of 8,000 square meters.
Among the novelties of this year the participation of a tunisian delegation of Siher, fair of Tunis, the participation of FIPE of Naples (Italian federation of public shops), and a full schedule of events, competitions, contests and conferences.

Begin the subscriptions on the 3rd Trophy for Emerging Chef

Begin the subscriptions on the 3rd Trophy for Emerging Chef to 12 professional chefs. In the Arena del Gusto area (click here) you can download the rule and the application form.
Schedule: November 17 for the Chef hotel or catering, November 18 for the Chef restaurant.
During the Trophy a sommelier of Porto di Bacco will match wines with the various dishes in the race.

Signed a partnership between the FIPE of Naples and Promhotel Italia Scarl

Exposudhotel and his exhibitors on TV

Continues with increasing success and attention of the public, the television broadcast "The truth in the dish " that will continue until the end of June, making some "special" in the summer, then return to normal by September. The Promhotel Italia is present in transmission through presenting his team's new for the next edition of Exposudhotel, the partners of the major events planned and exhibitors can tell stories particularly exciting and meaningful.

From next 4th May, the transmission will be broadcasted on the following days and times:
Wednesday at 12.30 pm only on Tele A and Tele A pił;
Saturday at 12:15 only on Sky 868;
Sunday only at 22.30 on Sky 868;
Tuesday to 12:30 simultaneously on Tele A, Tele A pił and Sky 868.
Apart from additional replicates freely made on the same television.

We remember that the submission made by the Tele A group and the longer version is designed, produced and conducted since its debut by journalist Bruno Sganga, with the special collaboration of Antonio Minopoli (of SaperiSapori) and the participation Pasquale Buonocore.
The broadcast is a program aimed at all the Italian provinces for their own use, as opposed to some extreme fashions often intended only for the usual suspects or the no real attention to value for money and the administration of food and beverages that are not poor or sophisticated . Partnership Exposudhotel-Napoli / Siher-Tunisi

The Promhotel Italia s.c.a.r.l., organizer of the Exposudhotel in Naples, has stipulated with the Promofoires, organizer of the Siher of Tunisi an important accord of partnership in base to which the Promhotel Italia s.c.a.r.l. with the C.I.S. of Nola will be present with an institutional stand to the Siher of Tunisi from 10 to February 14 th 2009 and the Promofoires it will be present to the Exposudhotel in Naples from 15 to November 19 th 2009.
Reaches the 20° edition, the SIHER is an international Fair of the supplies for hotels and restaurants; they are present around 180 exhibiting firms: 36 from Italy, 43 from Germany, France and Belgium, over 100 from the rest of the world. As it regards the visitors they are divided this way: 62% hotels and restaurants, 11% public exercises, 14% operating tourist, 7% cafe and pastries.
